Hospital Policies
Our practice is appointment-based to allow sufficient time for all patients; please call to schedule an appointment. To accommodate busy schedules, we are conveniently open Saturday mornings and three evenings during the week.
We will be happy to fit your pet in if our schedule is full, but priority will be given to regularly scheduled appointments and emergencies. Drop-offs can be arranged pending a doctor consultation.
When refilling your pet's medication or prescription medication, kindly give us 24 hours notice.
For the safety of your pet and others, we appreciate you properly restrain your pet on a leash or confine in a carrier.
Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and
CareCredit. There are several options for
Pet Insurance as well.
